We are honored to continue what they started.” stated, “The owner and founders of 23 City Blocks Hospitality Group - Kate Turner and Tim Fogerty, share a similar passion for exceptional customer service and creative, unparalleled cuisine. We are also working closely with all of 23 City Blocks clients to ensure the creativity and quality promised is exactly what will be delivered on their special day. With this transition, we are welcoming several members of the 23 City Blocks team, including Executive Chef Nick Miller to our talented team. The process of transformation is often a messy experience and I feel strongly that you were never meant to do this work alone. It’s official! We are thrilled to welcome 23 City Blocks Catering, The Caramel Room and Lumen Events to the Butler’s Pantry family of brands! As we join forces – in team, in venue, in creativity, in hospitality – we are better positioned than ever before to deliver on our promise of quality. Change can be scary and overwhelming for many, but in my experience there is no growth or healing without change. As your therapist, I will create a safe space for you to process whatever “shows up” in your life that needs time, attention and navigating. I have a very honest, person centered approach and will collaborate with you to tailor our time together to best meet your individual needs. I work to meet my clients where they are and to help them set intentional goals for their growth and overall wellness. I believe it is my role to hold space for those struggling, so they may feel seen and heard. I am passionate about empowering those I work with to be accountable to themselves for the changes they want to create in their lives. I have years of both psychiatric inpatient and outpatient experience as a mental health therapist, as well as licensure supervisory experience. I am trained in art therapy and enjoy implementing creative strategies for self-expression when appropriate. In addition to my interest in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, I also enjoy working with individuals who struggle with depression, generalized anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, grief and loss, parenting a disabled child, attachment/bonding and stress management/self-care. I also have advanced certification in the treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and I value the opportunity I have been given to journey with women and families as they move towards healing. This program provided intense group psychotherapy and psychiatric support to both pregnant and postpartum women and their families who were experiencing severe difficulties transitioning into motherhood. Before that I was the creator and sole therapist for a Mother Baby Intensive Outpatient Program at Mercy Hospital. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute, where I specialized in the treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) for individuals seeking support during pregnancy and in the postpartum season. Prior to co-founding Lumen Wellness & Counseling, I was a therapist in the Women’s Reproductive Mental Health and Wellness program at St. Louis, MO, where I currently reside with my husband and 2 kids.
